A gentle reminder that I have a new session for you today- Heatwave Pilates. I taught it live 45 mins ago and recommend you keep it to do in the coolest part of yourday. Either very early morning or late evening. It's a gentle session, soothing for a hot morning or after a long, hot day when you're ready for sleep.

Great to kick start your day pre or post exercise.
