Standing Pilates for Balance & Strength & Coordination | 15 min Full Body Practice
Welcome to today’s live 15 minute Standing Pilates session, designed to wake up your body, steady your balance, and build real, everyday strength — all from the soles of your feet to the crown of your head. We’re staying on our feet for this one — because standing movement is life movement.
Whether you’re reaching for a shelf, walking the dog, or getting up from a chair, strong legs, stable hips, and a supported core make all the difference.
✨ In this gentle but energising flow, we’ll:
• Warm up with mindful joint mobility
• Build strength in your legs, glutes, back and core
• Challenge your balance and coordination (in the nicest way!)
• Finish feeling grounded, taller, and more alive
This practice is perfect for all ages and levels — whether you’re new to Pilates, rebuilding strength, or just want a quick, effective boost to your day. It’s low-impact, bone-friendly, and completely doable at your own pace.
🔥 Stick with me to the end — it gently builds in intensity, and that’s where the magic happens. You’ll feel your heart rate rise, your muscles engage, and your confidence grow — no jumping, no strain, just smart, steady movement.

• As a standalone practice (ideal for mornings or midday resets)
• Or as a prep workout before a walk, run, or cycle — it primes your body beautifully
