Last time, the Siroca bread maker over-risen even at a water temperature of 5°C.
This time, I tried baking with both the bread pan and ingredients chilled.
The conditions were: room temperature 25°C, water temperature 4.5°C.
The bread pan and ingredients were chilled in the refrigerator.
As a result, it baked beautifully all the way to the top.
