The plum Darjeeling tea I made at home was so delicious that I tried making it again this time using rock sugar. I dissolved the rock sugar first before adding the ripe plums, and made it a little less sweet than the original recipe. The sweet and sour taste of the ripe plums combined with the flavor of the Darjeeling tea made it delicious again this time. Actually, I also tried making it with Earl Grey tea.
