It's the season for "plum preservation"!
This year, instead of plum syrup, I tried making "plum Darjeeling," something I'd been curious about.
The sweet and sour taste of ripe plums combined with the elegant aroma of Darjeeling tea created a truly blissful feeling.
It seems like it could be enjoyed in many ways, such as mixed with sparkling water or used in jelly.
