⚖️ Identical charges.
🤯 Three COMPLETLY different outcomes.
👨🏾 Dennis (17 years old) ➡️ 10 YEARS in TDCJ.
🧔🏾♂️ Jacorey ➡️ 27 YEARS.
👩🦳 Kathleen Gieng ➡️ 10 YEARS DEFERRED ADJUDICATION PROBATION. 🍾 🎉 🎊
Same car. 🚗
Same incident. 📍
Same charges. 📄
But wait… it gets even crazier. 👀
🔫 Dennis received an affirmative deadly-weapon finding attached to his drug charge. That finding helped land him a 10-year prison sentence and Texas’ half-time parole rule. ⛓️
Meanwhile…
🚫 Kathleen received NO deadly-weapon finding.
🚫 NO finding of guilt.
✅ Deferred adjudication probation. 🚶♀️
🤔 Same vehicle.
🤔 Same case.
🤔 Same alleged criminal episode.
