🔹 Before Race - Wake up early | Light breakfast (2–3 hrs before run) | Easy warm-up (5–10 min walk/jog)

🔹 Start Strategy - Start slow and controlled | Do NOT chase others | Stick to your pace

🔹 During Race | Run relaxed in first 2 km | Maintain steady pace till 7 km | Push only in last 2–3 km

🔹 Hydration - Small sips if needed | Don’t overdrink

🔹 Mental Focus - Stay positive | Break race into small parts | Focus on breathing

🔹 Finish Strong - Gradually increase pace | Enjoy the final stretch

⚠ Avoid - Starting too fast | Comparing with others | Panicking if pace drops

🔹 Nutrition - Eat familiar foods only | Increase carbohydrates slightly (rice, roti, fruits) | Avoid oily, spicy, and heavy meals

🔹 Hydration - Drink water throughout the day | Urine should be light yellow

🔹 Activity - No hard workouts | Optional: 10–15 min light walk + stretch

🔹 Preparation - Keep race kit ready: shoes, socks, bib, watch | Plan travel & reporting time

🔹 Mindset - Do NOT overthink | Trust your training | Visualize a smooth run
