I’m Frank Ring — a fitness educator, author, walking coach, and prostate cancer survivor. In 2025, I was diagnosed with prostate cancer. While medical care addressed the disease, many men—including myself—are left without guidance on how to live day to day during treatment and recovery.

This channel helps fill that gap. Here you’ll find prostate cancer information paired with practical walking and fitness guidance—because movement, consistency, and strength go hand in hand with recovery and long-term health.
