I’m Gina Young, a Cincinnati-based freelance web designer and UGC mom creator. Working in these two ways, I truly enjoy creating content as much as you enjoy receiving good quality service and outcomes.
One: I build Wix and Wix Studio websites for service providers, coaches, and consultants so people clearly understand what you do and what to do next, with no overthinking, hassles, or extra steps. I can work on WordPress and Squarespace, too.
Two: I create more relatable product content. As part of the Amazon Influencer Program, I’ve made 100s of straightforward videos for family-focused brands showing how products work and why they matter.
My showcase portfolio and work is currently in use with Columbia University, UC Health, AI Makerspace, and independent businesses wanting things to be solid, current, and easy to navigate.

A look at some new reviews and Amazon finds, I enjoy making these to help people see what they are buying in use and reviewed more authentically, not as part of a campaign.
Decorative solar lantern for your patio - it’s purely decorative, aesthetic and creates a beautiful effect up close

A-Line jean shorts by Levi Strauss - they’re feminine and midsize or curvy friendly

Covergirl Skin Enhancers luminous baked blush in please pink - this lasted all day and through time outdoors

I’m thinking more on how to best bring or organize more of my shopping reviews, best UGC performers, experiences, and lists through each season on YouTube. And how to bridge this across my business plan and brand, too!

Take note. The number of tabs open is under control here. That alone could be a service or the next big app. I see how you multitaskers work. 😅
And the brand directives, consistency, or dozens of websites looking sharp, to getting found…no problem.
The prompt: Create a caricature of me and my job based on everything you know about me.
The video of a simpler way I work and get more done with only 3-5 tabs open: youtube.com/shorts/ErfFQoYwDD...

If you know me, I am one of those upbeat people who want to thrive. So, I’m all about genuinely connecting and joining this upcoming conversation.
As a mom in the Midwest, I swapped out a promising leadership and ownership path for freelancing. For not much more than to take better care, to show up better for me, the family, and everyone. You may get it.
These decisions, reflecting on where you are, finding support, and updating your goals and actions, can be tough.
I can’t wait to hear the perspectives of moms in the thick of it right now:
→ Moms leading, thriving, or even struggling in corporate roles
→ Moms on the frontlines of service and the community
→ Moms at home with their children and nonstop lives
→ Moms who are building businesses of their own
Together with Karina Bensko, SPHR, Alexa Starks of Executive Moms, Cydney Hughes, and Brittany Holden, we shared our stories, strategies, and ideas on how we can move beyond survival and start reshaping the way we work, lead, communicate, and hold promises.
If you’re a mom (or mom-to-be), navigating career growth, balance, boundaries, or big life shifts, this is for you. And if you know of one, please share your support for them and this community event!
