From the Lab to the Land… 🍇🧪

Take a look at the garden vineyard right now! The summer growth has absolutely exploded, and these vines are officially thriving.

We’ve focused on the art of cost-conscious fermentation in the lab. But last year, I decided it was time for the ultimate scale-up. The long-term goal? Moving from these garden trellises to establishing a full 10 acre commercial vineyard right here in the UK—built from the ground up by our community, without corporate banks or equity shares owning the journey.

I’ve just finished editing a deep-dive video on Summer Pruning and the science of shaping these vines for maximum yield, which is dropping over on the new channel.
