Building a 10-acre English vineyard from the dirt up, fully documented and community-backed. I’m Pete Rainford, founder of Rainford’s Brew Lab.

What started as 22 test vines in a Sandbach backyard is now scaling into a commercial estate. This channel documents the raw, real process of establishing a zero-debt vineyard in the UK climate using disease-resistant PIWI varieties.
