FIVE THOUSAND SUBS. I've had to repeat this to myself a few times today, and it's still not something I can wrap my head around. I can't say this enough, and I truly mean it from the bottom of my heart: thank you for getting me to this milestone. I never even thought hitting 1,000 was possible, but here we are.

We usually do the Community Creation Showcase for milestones, and that is definitely still happening. If you are new to the channel, our tradition is that every 1,000 subscribers, I dedicate a Saturday stream to showing off your amazing creations and highlighting your wonderful builds.

Before the massive ships and industrial production, there was just a dream and an expensive buy-in on the harsh, sandy plains of Pertam. Welcome to Volsung Origins! We've dropped onto a vanilla solar system with a custom rover, a harsh sun (light radiation), and zero food reserves.

In this series, we are focusing on survival, strict build restrictions (Wellington's Factorum rules, Jetpack nerf, and our custom rover overhaul), and making our way in the local economy. Every credit counts as we take on contracts, trade, and build our way toward establishing the very first Volsung research and production facility.

Been feeling a bit overwhelmed lately, so today was strictly about hitting the reset button. After clearing most of the work deck, I decided to just relax and vibe in SE2.

I’m blown away by how gorgeous the game looks right now, and I've been spending the afternoon just playing with the unified grid system. I even designed this wind farm (Image 2), imagine if these rotors actually generated power! One can dream, right?

4,100 SUBS & THE FUTURE OF THE FOUNDATION 🚀

It has been a wild ride since the workstation got the 9060 XT upgrade. I wanted to give you all a quick update on where things stand and what’s coming next!

🛠️ Technical Wins
After some trial and error with the new hardware, I think I’ve finally cracked the code. Switching to the H.265 (HEVC) Encoder has been a game-changer, allowing me to bring back Dynamic Bitrate. The streams should be smoother than ever from here on out.

🌌 Never Surrender Highlights
The Star Wars scenario was easily some of the most fun I’ve ever had in Space Engineers. Building those iconic ships with you all and hitting a peak of 20 engineers in one scenario was legendary. That energy is exactly why I love this community, and I am already looking at more group events like that for the future.

📈 Growing the Brand
We are closing in on 700 members in the Discord and just sailed past 4,100 subscribers here on YouTube. Thank you for sticking with me through the hardware swaps and the branch-outs into new foundations.
