I’ll go first: I would focus way less on the negatives. It’s so easy for me to get caught up in the small things every day (I’m tired, my skins breaking out, I have 100 tasks, etc.) but that keeps me in such a low place. The days when I can zoom out and look at the big picture (I’m healthy, I have family and friends and so much opportunity) I’m in a much happier and more motivated place💭
