Ingredients:
Jamun – 200 gm
Mint leaves – 10–15
Jeera powder – 1/4 tsp
Black salt – 1/4 tsp
Chaat masala – 1/4 tsp
Amchur powder – 1/4 tsp
Sugar – 2 tsp
Ice cubes – 10–15
Method:
Freeze jamun pulp for 6–8 hours.
Blend the mixture until it becomes smooth in consistency.
Add some water if needed to adjust the consistency.
For Garnishing:
Lemon – 1
Salt (1/2 tsp) and red chilli (1/4 tsp) mix
