Documenting the Battle: How is Miguel Juárez doing in his final days? 🥺 We're back with a very difficult and painful update on how Miguel's battle with cancer is progressing. For those seeing his story for the first time, or for those who have been closely following his health, we want to record the unfiltered reality of a young man clinging to life with the little strength he has left. In these last few days, his situation has become desperate and visibly complex. Miguel tells us from his bed that a lymph node behind his heart has grown so large that it's pressing on his airways, preventing him from performing vital actions like swallowing food normally or even taking a sip of water. Confessing, with a trembling voice, that he hasn't been able to eat properly for days and that his body is noticeably weakening is a direct blow to the soul, but even so, he gives us an incredible lesson in resilience when he tells us, "I'm still here, don't worry." We are documenting every step of his journey because his voice cannot be silenced by indifference.
