Bina Gaay Ke Doodh @peepalfarmproducts Ingredients 1 cup soybeans 3-4 cups water (for grinding) 1 tsp instant coffee 1 tbsp chia seeds Instructions Take 1 cup of soybeans and soak them in enough water overnight. Wash the soybeans and rub them gently between your hands to loosen the outer skin. Remove as much skin as possible to reduce the strong soy smell. Add the soybeans to a blender with water until you get a smooth, milky liquid. Pour the blended soy mixture through the cloth. Squeeze out all the liquid to separate the soy milk from the pulp. Pour the strained soy milk into a pan. Heat on low to medium flame, stirring occasionally. Remove any foam that forms on top. Let it simmer for 10-15 minutes to reduce the strong smell. Turn off the heat and let it cool. Now, your fresh soy milk is ready! From 1 cup of soybeans, you get about 1 liter of soy milk. Making the Coffee Shake In a small bowl, mix chia seeds, instant coffee, and top the cup with soy milk. Let it sit for 5 minutes so the chia seeds absorb the liquid. Add 1 cup of freshly made soy milk and mix well. For extra flavor, you can top it with Dalgona coffee foam. Stir and enjoy your creamy soy coffee shake! #indianveganrecipes #indianfoodrecipes #coffeeshake #plantbasedmilk #veganmilk #soymilk #easyveganrecipes #peepalfarmproducts #kahaniwalishivani #proteinshakes #dairyfree #veganandcrueltyfree #veganandglutenfree #lactosefreemilk #dalgona #dalgonacoffee
