❗ Many people don't know:
🔹 After sleeping, dryness and acidity in the mouth increase.
🔹 Brushing your teeth straight away can damage enamel if you don't rinse your mouth.
✅ Safety tips:
1️⃣ Rinse your mouth with water first.
2️⃣ You can eat breakfast first, then brush your teeth.
3️⃣ Or, brush your teeth 30 minutes after waking up.
