The client had already replaced the clutch twice. The first clutch burned out after a few days. We installed a second one, and the problem returned. After that, the truck arrived. We removed the transmission, ran diagnostics, and found the real cause: the problem wasn't with the clutch disc itself, but with the transmission. The main shaft and main bearing were worn out. Due to play, the clutch wasn't working properly and was overheating very quickly. Simply replacing the clutch disc isn't a repair. We need to figure out why it burned out. We reassembled everything and sent the client to an authorized dealer for a transmission replacement, as this is 100% covered by warranty. And the most interesting thing 👀 The invoice from the previous service center showed the client was sold a clutch actuator, but in reality, it was never installed on this truck. That's why a proper repair can't be cheap. Professional diagnostics, equipment, experienced mechanics, warranty obligations, and properly selected original spare parts—all of this costs money.
