Achari Paneer Masala Recipe
Ingredients:
250 grams Paneer
1/2 cup thick sliced onions
1/2 cup capsicum
1/2 cup tomato
Achari Masala:
1 tbsp fennel (sauf)
1 tbsp cumin (jeera)
1 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp kalongi
1/2 tsp methi
Fry the paneer cubes, onion, capsicum, and tomato in mustard oil and add 1/2tsp turmeric, 1/2tsp red chilli powder and 1/2 tsp achari masala)
Tadaka:
3 tbsp mustard oil
1 tsp Cumin
1 cup finely chopped onion
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 cup tomato purée
1 cup curd (Diluted by adding water)
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp red chilli powder
2 tbsp achari masala
1 tsp amchur powder
Salt as per taste
Garnish with green chillies and fresh coriander.
