Crispy Garlic Spudnuts:
Ingredient
For Dough:
3 Cups All-purpose flour
1/4 Cup Butter
11gm Instant Yeast
2+1/2 Tbsp Powdered Milk
1 Cup Boiled and Mashed Potatoes
2 Egg Yolks
1 Cup Cold Milk
For Coating:
2 Egg Whites
2 Cups Breadcrumbs
For Cheese Topping:
1/2 Cup Cheddar and Mozzarella Chee's
2 Tbsp Butter
2 Garlic Cloves (grated)
1 tsp Oregano
1 Tbsp Fresh Parsley
Oil for frying.
Fry until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
