Ingredients:
1 cup Curd
1 Onion, finely chopped
1 Tomatoes, finely chopped
1-inch Ginger, grated
2-3 Green Chillies, chopped
Few Curry Leaves
Salt, to taste
1 tbsp Coconut Oil
1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
2 pinch Fenugreek Seeds
2 Dry Red Chillies
Preparation Steps:
1. Mix onion, tomato, green chilli, ginger, curry leaves, and salt in a bowl.
2. Add curd and mix well.
3. Heat coconut oil in a pan, add mustard, fenugreek, dry chilli, and curry leaves.
4. Combine the tempering with the curd mixture.
