3 eggs
20ml semi-skimmed milk
175g sugar
1 sachet vanilla sugar
175g cornflour
1 sachet gluten-free baking powder
250g fruit of your choice (raspberries, apples, pears, blueberries, or strawberries)

1. Prepare the ultra-moist base
In a large bowl, crack the 3 eggs and add the sugar and vanilla sugar.
Beat with an electric mixer for 2 to 3 minutes until the mixture is light, fluffy, and airy.
2. Add the liquid ingredients
Melt the butter for a few seconds in the microwave.
Pour it into the mixture along with the milk, then gently mix until smooth.
3. Incorporate the dry ingredients
Add the cornstarch and gluten-free baking powder.
