You’ll hit the full body with strength, conditioning, and core work — no wasted reps, just results.
The Workout Format:
• Perform 10 reps of each exercise
• Bike = 20 calories
• Complete the full circuit 4 times total
Exercises:
1️⃣ Incline Dumbbell Press – upper-body strength & power
2️⃣ Single Arm Row – back strength, control & balance
3️⃣ Pull Ups – functional upper-body strength
4️⃣ Bike – 20 calories for conditioning 🔥
5️⃣ Hanging Leg Raises – core strength & control
