Banana Blueberry Pops Ingredients: • ½ ripe banana • ½ cup frozen blueberries • ½ cup yogurt (plain or vanilla) • ½ cup milk • 1–2 tsp honey (adjust to taste) Instructions: 1. Blend banana, blueberries, yogurt, milk, and honey until completely smooth. 2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds. 3. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4–6 hours or until set. 4. To serve, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to release the pops. Tip: Add a few whole blueberries to the molds for bursts of flavor!
