Coconut Jelly Recipe
Ingredients:
1 whole coconut
Sugar (to taste)
20 g jelly powder
Instructions:
Crack open the coconut and strain the coconut water to remove any bits.
Grate the coconut flesh.
Pour the coconut water into a pot and add sugar. Bring it to a boil.
Add the grated coconut and mix well.
Add the jelly powder, then turn off the heat.
Stir thoroughly until the jelly powder is completely dissolved.
Pour the mixture into a container or mold.
Let it cool at room temperature for about 1 hour.
Then refrigerate for about 2 hours until set.
