India successfully conducted a user trial of the Agni-1 ballistic missile from the Integrated Test Range (ITR), Chandipur, Odisha, reaffirming the operational readiness of its Strategic Forces Command. Agni-1 is a nuclear-capable, surface-to-surface ballistic missile with a strike range of 700–900 km, designed to provide credible strategic deterrence.
