It's a trailer or vehicle, similar to a camper van. I only use it briefly and irregularly to work on my MacBook. A room in a village isn't a problem for me, as I have a car. I can afford €350 per month in rent, including utilities. The tiny house's electricity consumption can be billed separately via its own meter. Alternatively, an agreement could be reached where I work approximately 5 hours per week as a housekeeper or as a companion for people requiring assistance. This amount of work corresponds to roughly €350 per month. I currently live in Apfeldorf and have a room with a parking space there for €450 per month, including utilities. The tiny house's electricity consumption is recorded separately via its own meter. A higher advance payment is agreed upon for the winter months due to the infrared heating. I only use the heating from about October to April. The main reason for wanting to move is the noise. There is a hobby workshop right next to my room, and music and conversations can regularly be heard at night. Therefore, I am looking for a quieter place to live and, if possible, a more affordable accommodation option, as my income is around €1,100 per month, occasionally a little higher.
