Colombian streamer Luis Fernando Villa, known as Westcol, had a conversation with Gustavo Petro, the president of Colombia.
Among the topics discussed was crime, and in particular, how to address it. While Gustavo Petro defended his position of being flexible and understanding with those who commit crimes, Westcol contradicted him, proposing a firm hand.
Westcol presented a hypothetical case of squatting that highlighted their differing views, as Petro agreed to be "understanding" with the squatter.
Westcol told Petro that the lack of firmness against crime, and in this case squatting, provides excuses and incentivizes them to continue their activity.
