Tips to perform this exercise successfully: 👇
⚡ Make sure the elbow stays at 90 degrees and is level with the shoulder
⚡ Engage the stabilizing muscles in the scapula by "locking it in" to the torso
⚡ Engage the core to avoid leaning or bending while walking
