"Lord Jesus,
help me to see myself as I truly am – a flawed and sinful human being – and to extend the same grace and forgiveness to others that you have so freely extended to me.
Give me the strength to forgive those who have wronged me, even when it's difficult, even when it seems impossible. Help me to let go of my anger, my resentment, and to replace them with love and understanding.
Help me to approach conflict with a spirit of peacemaking, seeking reconciliation and restoration rather than retribution. Teach me to be quick to listen and slow to speak, to understand others' perspectives before judging them. Amen. "
