Did you know that training in single leg exercises is more functional to daily activities? Think about walking… we walk on one leg at a time, so why not train one leg at a time? 🤔
Studies have shown that legs individually have more strength than legs together (ie: for a single leg deadlift, each leg combined can be more than both legs at the same time). 🤯
Try this progression before adding weight to a single leg deadlift. Make sure the hips stay square, the knee bends to roughly 20° and the core is engaged through the entire movement. If you have any questions, drop them below 👇 And let us know if you try this progression! 👏
