[Transcript of the video] I know for a fact that we have met before. When you say I know for a fact, you're 100% sure about something. Like, you have no doubt at all because you have real proof or experience. I've seen this happen and I've even been like, "Hang on a minute. I know for a fact that none of you believe in God… I will say… I know for a fact it's gonna taste better than the original. All right, let's talk about work life balance. I know for a fact that you work really really hard, and the first time I met you that we went out to dinner… It's really how much effort you put into it, and so if you truly want this, then I know for a fact that you'll get there. Did he say anything about his second serves? No, but I know for a fact they're better than his first. All these stretches are quite simple, but I am gonna provide you some modifications cuz I know for a fact that some of these positions are gonna cause some issues for some people. So, we're gonna go about how you can change them to make them find whatever level of flexibility you're at. For most of us, our everyday life is unsatisfactory. I mean, our situation might be satisfactory. We might have enough food to eat and a place to live, and even people who care for us and that we care for. But despite everything, if I have 50 billion dollars and everything I ever wanted and loved by everybody in the world. I know for a fact that in the past I would have wanted something else. That wouldn't do it. Nothing that I ever had did it. Nothing that I ever did did it. There always something missing or something here that should be gone. And that's the way our lives go. After one year, I know for a fact, this isn't easy, but 100% worth it. My addiction was strong, but I know for a fact that I was stronger. And I was able to come out of it. Suddenly some websites are being flagged as "not secure" when I know they are. Happening in Edge and Chrome. So I've been using these websites for a long time now, and I know for a fact that they are secure. They are sites that I regularly use for work.
