I confess that I often cling to my own comfort, my own plans, my own ambitions. I ask for the grace to let go of these things, to embrace the cross, and to follow You wholeheartedly. Help me to understand that true life is found not in earthly possessions or achievements, but only in You.
Help me to see the fleeting nature of worldly things and to prioritize the eternal. Give me the wisdom to discern between what is truly valuable and what is merely a distraction. Protect me from the temptations that lead me away from You. Amen."
