I used calorie cycling. (so your metabolism doesn't go down)
and an incline treadmill, increasing incline whenever it got too easy.
always 3mph
3 days a week burn 1000 calories.
and I fasted on those 2 days, for me it was 250 calories a day on M, W, and Friday.
and I am 5' 5.5 so I had 1500 calories on all of the other days.
and truly, that's about IT!
