For Crispy Corn:
1 sweet corn (kernels removed)
Salt (to taste)
¼ tsp turmeric
2 tsp rice flour
2 tsp cornflour
1 tsp black pepper powder
1–2 tsp water (as needed for coating)
Oil for deep frying
For Sauce Mixture:
2 tbsp oil
1 onion (finely chopped)
2 green chillies (finely chopped)
10 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
2 tbsp each of red, yellow & green capsicum
Salt to taste
2 tbsp spring onion greens
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp red chilli sauce
¼ cup water
1 tsp red chilli flakes
½ tsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp cornflour slurry (1 tbsp cornflour + 2 tbsp water)
