It's the perfect snack for your baby. I've made this recipe twice. The first time, I used blueberries. Save this recipe and let me know if you've tried it!
Suitable for babies 6+ months
๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฝ๐ฒ:
โข1 cup of rolled oats (I use @onedegreeorganics)
โข1/4 almond flour (I used @thrivemarket brand)
โข1 cup of fresh strawberries (or your choice of berries
โข1/4 cup of raisins (or 2-3 dates or 1 tsp vanilla extract
โข1/2 cup of desiccated coconut (if you don't find it, you can get shredded coconut and just chop it a bit to make it more fine). I used @edwardandsons
Blend all ingredients. It will be a little thick
Pour 1/4 cup of desiccated coconut into a bowl
Roll into one inch balls and cover in coconut
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3 days and up to 2 months in the freezer.
