When it comes to baking, quality butter is everyyythinng! If it’s not European butter… I don’t want it.
European butter has a higher fat content. Typically 82-84% fat compared to 80% in the US. The more FAT, the better ;) 2-4% may sound little but it makes all the difference in yielding the flakiest puff pastry, pie crust and melt-in-your mouth cookies!😛
