1 cup moong dal
1/2 cup sooji
1/2 cup dahi
Salt as per taste
1 tsp ENO/ baking soda
For Stuffing-
2 tbsp oil
1/2 mustard seed
1/2 cumin
2 green chilies
4 to 5 curry leaves
1/2 cup chopped onion
Dry spice( 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp sambhar masala, 1 red chilli powder, 1/2 turmeric powder)
1 big size boiled potato
100 grams paneer
