1st step..✨ take two papers make sure that they're strong (i used drawing papers) now draw something (as shown in video) 2nd step..✨ fold both of the papers like a paper fan 3rd step..✨ fold the downwards of the papers (both) and paint with black paint 4th step..✨ attached both the paper with each other with gum 5th step..✨ take 2 strips of black paper and attached on the sides of fan IT'S DONE!!! ENJOY 🤍
