Classic Italian Caprese Salad

Hello Friends, Welcome to my channel ‪@SpiceElementsinLife‬ Today’s recipe is no cook just serve recipe of “Italian Style Caprese Salad” which is served with fresh mozzarella cheese, juicy tomatoes and lots of fresh sweet basil leaves glazed in an olive oil & balsamic vinegar dressing. It is so easy to make, just prepared under 10 minutes. You can eat this Italian dish as salad or sandwich, however you like. Thanks for watching 🙂 Ingredients: Vine tomatoes/ ripe tomatoes 2-3 (large, sliced) Fresh mozzarella cheese (sliced) 8oz Fresh basil leaves 1/4 cup Olive oil 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar 2 tbsp Freshly cracked pepper to taste Sea salt to taste Brioche sliced bread for sandwich 🥪 Directions: Slice tomatoes & mozzarella cheese into medium thick pieces. Alternatively layer tomatoes & cheese on serving plate. Tuck fresh basil leaves in between the cheese and tomatoes & scatter on top. Drizzle some olive oil over salad, followed by sea salt & fresh ground pepper. Pour over some balsamic vinegar which gives shiny glaze to our salad and extra flavor.
