We went to Moto-i in South Minneapolis, Minnesota! This was by far one of the best dining experiences I've had in years. I forgot what having a knowledgeable server felt like. Not only did he know the menu and drinks but he was friendly and patient. He gave recommendations and took time (I'm sure he didn't have) explaining things to US.
The food was so flavorful and delicious. There is nothing about my meal that I would change. It was an experience I wish we could recreate over and over again! I'm happy to give our first high ranking score to Moto-i.
The ambiance of the restaurant was relaxing and it transports you out of the state and into Japan.
