THE DESSERT THAT TOOK THE INTERNET: NO-BAKE CAKE WITH STRAWBERRIES AND PROFITEROLES Ingredients: 200 g sponge cakes 750 g frozen profiteroles 600 ml liquid cream for whipping 600 g mascarpone 400 g sweetened condensed milk Vanilla essence 250 g frozen strawberries 250 ml water Juice from one lemon 3 tablespoons sugar A few fresh strawberries for decoration 100 ml water mixed with 1 tablespoon cornstarch White chocolate flakes (optional) Tray size 20 x 30 cm Preparation steps: 1. Prepare the strawberry syrup. Boil 250 g of frozen strawberries with 250 ml of water, 3 tablespoons of sugar and the juice of one lemon for 10 minutes. Blend with a blender and leave to cool. 2. Wash the fresh strawberries and cut them into cubes, save them for the middle layer and for decoration. 3. Beat 600 ml of liquid cream until it becomes whipped cream, add 600 g of mascarpone, 400 g of condensed milk and a little vanilla essence. Mix until you get a smooth cream. 4. Soak 200 g of sponge cakes in syrup and place them on the bottom of the pan. Spread a layer of cream. 5. Soak 750 g of mini eclairs in syrup and place them on top of the cream. Sprinkle half of the chopped strawberries and cover with the rest of the cream. 6. For the sauce, heat the remaining syrup, add 100 ml of water mixed with 1 tablespoon of cornstarch and boil until thickened. Leave to cool. 7. Finally, decorate with the remaining strawberries, pour over the sauce and sprinkle with white chocolate flakes. You can use Gramma jelly for a decorative layer or to fix the fruit. 8. Leave the cake in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving. #dessert #nobake #strawberycake
