Is child support tax deductible?
Child Support does not count as taxable income to the parent receiving and is not to tax deductible to the parent paying.
Though it doesn’t seem fair that child support payments are treated this way there is one way that I discuss in this video to get some money back on taxes as it relates to child support calculations
