This was a Fiesta Celebration in Paseo Del Mar in Zamboanga City Mindanao Philippines. This area is a popular area for the nearby Badjao Villages to celebrate special occasions and just hang out with each other. The attire they wear is a bit different than their everyday, so it was nice to see them enjoying themselves like this :)
