Ingredients
Dark chocolate bar – 100 g
Instructions
Break the dark chocolate bar into small pieces and melt it completely (double boiler or microwave).
Let it cool slightly for 2–3 minutes, stirring continuously so it thickens a bit.
Using a skewer, drop small portions of chocolate onto parchment paper (as shown in the video style).
Quickly lift the skewer upward to create a classic peak shape — your chocolate chips will form naturally.
Let them set at room temperature or refrigerate for faster results.
