External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar and EU High Representative Kaja Kallas held the first-ever India-EU Strategic Dialogue. Addressing counterterrorism and defence cooperation, Jaishankar stressed zero tolerance for terrorism and declared India “must never yield to nuclear blackmail,” underscoring the need for strong international cooperation. He also reiterated support for a balanced India-EU FTA by year-end and called for stabilising and de-risking the global economy.
