¼ cup Spring Onion Greens – chopped (स्प्रिंग अनियन हरा भाग)
¼ cup Carrot – finely chopped (गाजर)
½ cup Three Colour Bell Peppers – finely chopped (शिमला मिर्च)
¼ cup French Beans – finely chopped (फ्रेंच बीन्स)
1 cup Shella Basmati Rice (शेला बासमती चावल)
Salt as per Taste (नमक)
¼ tsp Aromat Powder (एरोमैट पाउडर)
1 tsp Vinegar (सिरका)
2 tsp Soy Sauce (सोया सॉस)
2 tsp Green Chilli Sauce (ग्रीन चिली सॉस)
A pinch of Sugar (चीनी)
½ tsp Black Pepper Powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर)
Chopped Spring Onion (स्प्रिंग अनियन)
Chopped Coriander (हरा धनिया)
For Paneer Coating
250 gm Paneer – finger cut (पनीर)
Cornflour (कॉर्नफ्लोर)
Maida (मैदा)
A pinch of Salt (नमक)
A pinch of Black Pepper Powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर)
A pinch of Aromat Powder (एरोमैट पाउडर)
Water (पानी)
Oil for Frying (तेल)
For Paneer Chilli Toss
2 tbsp Oil (तेल)
1 tbsp Garlic – chopped (लहसुन)
1 tbsp Ginger – chopped (अदरक)
1 tbsp Green Chilli – chopped (हरी मिर्च)
2 Green Chillies – slit (हरी मिर्च)
1 cup Three Colour Bell Peppers – cubed (शिमला मिर्च)
1 Onion – petals (प्याज)
Water as Required (पानी)
Salt as per Taste (नमक)
¼ tsp Aromat Powder (एरोमैट पाउडर)
1 tsp Black Pepper Powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर)
½ tsp Vinegar (सिरका)
1 tbsp Green Chilli Sauce (ग्रीन चिली सॉस)
Cornstarch Slurry as Required (कॉर्नफ्लोर स्लरी)
A pinch of Sugar (चीनी)
Fried Paneer (तला हुआ पनीर)
