‘Hope and Fury’, the new album by Grammy Award-winning Joe Jackson is out now. Finally!

Few artists have moved between genres with JJ’s style and freedom: from alternative rock (before it was called that) to jazz-influenced pop, classical, Latin rhythms, and adventures in the British music hall tradition. Always remaining recognizable after a few notes.

Many have tried to define and label Joe Jackson’s music to make it fit into a category, so this time Joe has thought to anticipate the discussions and suggested filing the new music under Bicoastal Latin Jazz Funk Rock! (?) ‘Hope and Fury’ is perhaps Jackson’s most “English” record to date, reflecting his love-hate relationship with his home country. But he would probably laugh at this description.

There is (a bit of) anger in these songs, but also (quite some) hope and, ultimately, love running throughout. The lyrics are, as ever, sharp, wry, and witty – steering clear of clichés and saying just enough to let the rest sit between the lines.

After an impressive record release show at the Lichtburg in Essen, where the new material was premiered live on stage, the songs are now officially out in the world. Long Distance Calling reshape their sound with every record, both musically and conceptually. ‘The Phantom Void’ follows that path, leaning into a darker atmosphere than before. The new songs are closely tied to the album’s cinematic artwork and concept, brought to life through a three-part music video series.

It’s 1990. ‘Gutter Ballet’ has just been released, and Savatage are at the height of their ‘Rulin’ Gutter’ tour, playing night after night, more than 100 shows across Europe and North America. A time many still remember with a huge smile. And one that’s about to return.

With ‘Madness Reigns From The Gutter (1990)’, a full, previously unreleased live show from that tour cycle will be released on June 26th. Carefully restored from the original master tapes and newly mixed and mastered, the 19-track album captures Savatage at peak on stage with Jon Oliva (vocals, keyboards), Criss Oliva (guitar, vocals), Chris Caffery (guitar, keyboards, vocals), Johnny Lee Middleton (bass, vocals), and Steve “Doc” Wacholz (drums).

We’re proud to present BOLAN – ‘Gargoyle of the Garden State’, arriving on June 12th.

“Gargoyle of the Garden State is not a project, it is every bit of my soul,” says Bolan. “Like me, it knows when to be serious and also knows where the party is.”

After four decades as the driving force behind SKID ROW, Rachel Bolan announces his first-ever solo album. What began as a simple conversation with friend and producer Nick Raskulinecz grew into a full record. Bolan wrote, played and shaped the album from the ground up, drawing on influences from Brit Pop and Glam to Punk Rock and New Wave.

Along the way, he is joined by a close circle of collaborators, including Corey Taylor, Danko Jones, Nuno Bettencourt, Damon Johnson, Steve Conte NYC, and fellow SKID ROW members Scotti Hill, Dave “Snake” Sabo and Rob Hammersmith.
