📢 Early Bird pricing for the 2026 RYC® Professional Training closes Friday at midnight PST, and this is the lowest price this training will be offered at.
Most practitioners have experienced the moment when a client is doing the exercises, following the cues, showing up consistently, and still not experiencing the shift everyone expected.
Those moments are often where the work becomes most interesting.
The body is always adapting. A breathing pattern, a pressure strategy, a long-held protective response, a movement habit that developed years before the symptoms appeared. The RYC® Professional Training is an opportunity to study those relationships more deeply and develop a broader lens for understanding the body as a system, learning it in your own body first before bringing it to your clients.
The 2026 cohort runs October through February, six modules, six months.

🗓️ Early Bird pricing closes Friday June 5 at midnight PST. The cohort stays open after Friday, but the price increases after tonight.

Happening soon – my FREE 90-minute workshop on ribs, breath, and pelvic floor function is live on May 28th.
We’ll explore how rib mobility and breathing patterns influence pressure through the body, and how those patterns directly affect pelvic floor function, core coordination, and movement.
“Diaphragmatic breathing” is one of the most common cues in movement and bodywork, and one of the least clear in practice. A client can follow the cue and look textbook from the outside, while the breath is moving into places the cue wasn’t actually reaching, and the pelvic floor is responding to pressure patterns the body is still organizing around underneath it all.
In this workshop, you’ll learn to see those patterns more clearly, understand what the body is compensating around, and explore how the ribs, breath, and pelvic floor function together as part of a living system.
For movement professionals, bodyworkers, and anyone curious about how these systems work together in real bodies.

Join me for a FREE 90-minute workshop on May 28th.
Rib mobility, breathing patterns, and pelvic floor function are deeply connected, and when one part of the system changes, the whole body adapts around it.
In this workshop, we’ll explore how breath functions as a pressure strategy, what happens when the ribs stop moving well, and why these patterns matter so much in movement practice and daily function.
For yoga teachers, Pilates instructors, PTs, OTs, fitness professionals, and anyone curious about how these systems work together in the body.
🗓️ May 28 • 11am ET

A neck hump develops over time as the pelvis, ribs, and breath influence how the upper spine organizes itself.
Inside RYC® FIT, the Neck Hump Series guides you through a progressive, whole-body sequence designed to restore spinal integrity from the ground up.
You can explore the full series during your 7-day free trial.
