Ryan and I have been homesteading since 2013, but we're starting our NEW homestead from scratch in the north woods of Minnesota. We're currently living in a 960 sq foot hunting cabin and are doing our best to live off our land - gardening, raising chickens, hunting, and foraging. I hope you’re all doing well after that cold snap! We hit -30F here two nights in a row. I’m hoping that knocks the pests down for my 2025 garden 🙏🏼. We’ll see! We’re all doing well and the chickens are hanging in there like champs (check out my coop winterization video for my tips 🫶🏼).
With that, we’re still in the depths of winter and it’ll be a while until it’s gardening season, so I’m curious… what kind of content do you want to see from me during these off months? I’d love to hear from you!
